All orders of 100 EUROS or more are delivered free. For orders under 100 EURO, the buyer has to pay a 25 EURO tax.
ATTENTION:
We have the right to refuse shipping to customers who failed to fulfill any of their obligations regarding Musette Exim (pecuniary or other). Also, the contract will be interpreted and executed in good faith. Any abuse will result in an interruption of any contractual relationship.
Orders are processed and delivered form Monday to Saturday, excepting legal holidays. Orders placed after 4 PM (Bucharest time) will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed Friday after 4 PM (Bucharest time), won’t be processed until Monday, next week. The delivery date is calculated from when you receive the Order Confirmation via e-mail, as follows:

Musette cannot be held responsible for the unforeseen delays. For security reasons, you have to sign the delivery form. We do not deliver to mailboxes or postal offices. Please check, at delivery, the conformity of the order: the number of parcels, the integrity of the package, the correspondence between the delivery code with the one from the order form. Please let us know of any inadvertence in writing, both in the courier company documents and at asistenta@musettegroup.ro. If your product arrives deteriorated, we recommend returning it in his initial state without wearing it and without removing the labels. The loss or deterioration of the ordered products is solely your responsibility once you sign the shipment forms.
Return policy
The buyer is entitled to notify, in writing (on email at asistenta@musettegroup.ro), to waive the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days after receiving the product.
The direct costs to return products are the responsibility of the buyer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, in writing, by filling in and sending the Return Form to our email address: asistenta@musettegroup.ro. Reimbursement will be completed within 14 days, starting the moment we confirm receiving your Return Package, via email. For the product return process to be valid and completed, please make sure that the returning package meets the following, since they are mandatory:
1. The product/s must be in the same condition as when delivered;
2. The product/s and package has to include the original Musette tags;
3. The product/s must not be used or damaged;
4. It has to come with the original order and delivery documents and it must also contain the Return form, filled with all the necessary information.
To settle your refund claim, as soon as possible, we recommend returning the products through DPD Courier or other Courier Company that delivers in Romania, not by POST. The purchaser may choose to change the returned product with another of our products, if available on stock. In case you want to replace the returned product with another one available in stock, delivery costs will be borne by you, as a customer. Replacing a product with another that has a higher value, involves payment of the price difference online into our account. The refund of the returned product will be completed within 14 days, into the bank account. If you receive an order other than yours, please, contact us within 72 hours (tel 0766.999.543, no 36-38 Verzisori Street, DISTRICT 4, BUCHAREST, Musette Exim) to report the situation and we will ensure that the product would be replaced with a new product or a refund. In this case, the delivery costs for product return and replacement, if any, are borne by Musette Exim. For packages that show visible damage at the courier receipt, we recommend to refuse their reception.

MUSETTE club can get your loyalty MUSETTE card
Anyone who purchases our products for a minimum of 400 EUR - proof being made on the voucher. Cash receipts are available at any of our point of sale, whether they are granted discounts, product promotions or campaign discounts. Participant registration form completely and legibly filled with real data. MUSETTE entry form is completed in any MUSETTE point of sale with the voucher proving acquisition. A form containing unsigned or incomplete data is not valid, which entails inability to benefit from the advantages offered by this program. MUSETTE Loyalty Card will be sent to its owner, to a Musette store of his/hers choosing. The card becomes active, after receipt and can be used immediately. The cardholder will have the obligation to notify without delay any change of personal information and also will report the loss, theft or damage of the loyalty card.
